All products sold through [www.desibilona.com] are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered.
This includes (but is not limited to): Ghee, Milk, Butter, Paneer, Cheese, Buttermilk, Flavoured Milk, and Pickles.
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
Wrong product delivered (different from the order).
Damaged or expired product received at the time of delivery.
To claim a refund, you must:
Raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery.
Share clear photos/videos of the product as proof.
Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
Customer changed their mind after delivery.
Incorrect/incomplete address provided by the customer.
Delay in delivery due to factors beyond our control (logistics, weather, strikes, etc.).
