3. Pricing & Payment

1. All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.

2. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

3. Payment must be made in full before dispatch of goods. Accepted payment methods will be displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

1. We deliver products only within India, to the addresses specified at checkout.

2. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to logistics, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. We will not be liable for delays beyond our control but will make every effort to ensure timely delivery.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

1. Due to the perishable nature of dairy and food products, we follow a strict no-return & no-exchange policy.

2. Cancellations can only be made before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

3. Refunds will only be issued in case of:

   • Wrong product delivered

   • Damaged/expired product received
     (In such cases, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof such as photos/videos.)

4. Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

1. You agree not to misuse the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

2. You agree to provide accurate details (name, address, contact number) for successful order fulfillment.

3. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect/incomplete addresses provided by customers.
